At Summit Managed Solutions LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality online consultation services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
3-Day Refund Period
Customers may request a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the consultation must not have been completed or substantially delivered.
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests may be approved if:
- The request is submitted within three (3) calendar days of purchase.
- The consultation has not yet taken place.
- No consultation materials, reports, or personalized recommendations have been delivered.
- The service has not been substantially performed.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The consultation has already been completed.
- Personalized advice, reports, or recommendations have been provided.
- More than three (3) calendar days have passed since the purchase.
- The customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel a scheduled consultation before the appointment. If the cancellation is made within the three-day refund period and before the consultation has begun, a full refund may be issued.
Appointments canceled after the consultation has started or after services have been delivered are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
